Where do the strawberries come from?
From two named farms: one near Kraków and one near Gdańsk. You can order one region or both to compare the taste.
How does the subscription work?
You choose a region, weight, and delivery window — delivery repeats every week. Subscribers pay less per delivery than a one-off purchase.
Can I change or cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can change or cancel your subscription anytime — no questions, no contracts. Write to us and we'll help reschedule, change weight/region, or end deliveries.
How do I choose a delivery window?
When ordering — in the cart or while building a subscription — you choose one of the available courier delivery windows.
Is the fruit packed in a way that's safe for the berries?
The fruit is picked on the day of shipping and packed in ventilated crates that protect it during transport.
What if my strawberries arrive damaged?
Write to us with a photo — we'll refund you or send a new delivery.
